The following Rules & Regulations apply specifically to Association #9 owners and residents and are in addition to the Rules & Regulations which govern all of Friendly Valley and those governing the Recreational Association. They also are a supplement to this Association's CC&Rs and Bylaws, and not a replacement thereof.
CAREGIVERS Caregivers below the age of a qualified permanent resident, as defined by California Civil Code Section 51.3, are not to be made Associate Members; instead, they will display a caregiver placard on their vehicles. Registration requirements still apply. Such caregivers may use the Friendly Valley recreational facilities as guests, as outlined in the General Policies of Operations and Management.
