4/22/2021 The Pool Remodeling Project will commence in the Fall of 2021, after the summer swim season comes to an end. In the meanwhile, keep on Swimming!
Due to Covid-19 protocols, the FVCC Pool Facility is open by reservation only and to residents only. No guests permitted at this time. Thank you.
Per Los Angeles County protocol, masks are required when entering and leaving the pool facility. They are not required while you are in the water exercising or using the Spa.
Please familiarize with the Covid-19 Protocol posted on the outside of both Pool gates.
4/22/2021 Interiors of Activity Rooms
The Poker Room, Game Room, and Lawn Bowls Building are 100% complete.
The Fitness Center demolition and is 75% complete.
The Conference Room is 75% complete.
The Auditorium is in the process of renovation, which includes electrical, wall panels, and flooring to be completed in phases.
The Card Rooms (both men's and ladies) are 80% complete.
The interior lighting conversion project in the Activity rooms is 90% complete.
Exterior of Buildings
Phase 2 of the window replacement is underway. Materials are ordered.
9/20/2020 Friendly Valley Village Complex Roof Renovation Project. Thank you to Greg and his team at GP Roofing Contractors, the Job Completed on 9/15/2020.
